You cannot find music better than this on the market !

Regina Belle is one of those amazing singers who has been so stellar for so many years, but it was not until the massive success of the song "Baby Come To Me" that a wide audience was exposed to her magic. She never reached that pinacle again because her amazing appeal is not the fast food that most crave.

If you are a fan, I need not say anymore as I am preaching to the choir. If you happen to find this listing by error or because you were guided to it based on another purchase that you have made think of Regina as the very best of Anita, Patti (both LaBelle and Austin), Gladys but entirely original. Regina has a powerhouse vocal range that is so powerful yet equally stunning when quiet and controlled. She is a child of interpretative singers so that when she sings you listen as she tells you what she feels.

This package is the best that you'll find if you only want one release as it has all her most known/popular songs. I have bought most of her releases as her voice, like say a Luther Vandross, can move you and remind you of the power of music. While most who may not even have heard "Baby Come To Me" must have heard it least "A Whole New World" fromDisney's "Alladin" which is a great song but only skims the surface as songs like "If I Could", "This Is Love", "Make It Like It Was" and great remakes of "Didn't I" and Teddy's "Love TKO" really show you Regina's range. Many others have tried to tackle "Love TKO" (even Hall & Oates, who I really like) but Regina's version is the only one that I heard that stands out among the many who have taken a shot at it.

If you like big voices with masterful control, buy this without hesitation. 5 easily earned stars.
Keep on singing, Regina!
Großartig Regina at her best !

Besonders gefallen haben mir "If I Could ", " What Goes Around " und " Make It Like It Was ".
Mein Tipp: kaufen .
Classic songs from a classic,classy Lady !

What this collection provides (apart from some of the best mature pop songs from the past twenty years) is proof undeniable of the passion, honesty, professionality and style of Ms. Regina Belle and her staying power - believe me when I say she'll be around for years to come.
For all those interested in Regina, "Baby Comre To Me - The Best of Regina Belle" is the true place to start. I knew who Regina was from back in 1987 when she really broke, but I never thought of buying one of her albums until this album was released. I bought this for Christmas 2004 and haven't looked back since.
The musical genius on display here is overwhelming , to say the least, and it led me to buy four other Regina's albums which I highly recommend - " ALL BY MYSELF", "STAY WITH ME","PASSION "and 'REACHIN' BACK".
All the 14 tracks on this album are gorgeous,cutting-edge songs you just want to hear over and over again, there is nothing that isn't good. If you listen to the lyrics (and since Regina sings so clearly, it's easy to do so) you will have to agree that they are outstanding and original and not a single one is mushy.
There are songs on this album for everyone, whether you are a R&B/Soul fan, a pop lover or more into jazzy songs.
My message to all you out there is : buy this record, enjoy it and if you get a chance to go to a concert of hers, do so because it's an experience you'll never forget.
Regina is truly one of the coolest of women in the known SOUL/JAZZ world, and her style is just incredibly refreshing and up to date!
Buy this CD now to discover a true song-stylist that will stick around for longer than you might have initially expected.
The rise and rise of Regina Belle.....

Regina Belle is a good solid and consistent performer who has churned out some really nice tracks in the last 18 years.
I'm into Rnb/Soul/Hip Hop, but I have no problem saying that I own this really good set of songs.
Her music has always been ground-breaking,adventurous and extremely good.
"Baby Come To Me" is her signature track, and most people's favourite Regina track. It's a perfect track and one which she will always be able to say is a "classic". This track will get played on radio in another 20 years time.
"A whole New World" is a track with that 90's feel which is catchy but it's track # 3 "So Many Tears" which I love. It's a perfect song for someone you love, and the lyrics are what most of us think of in that situation. It's tracks like this that makes Regina a true star and a real woman with something to say.
"Make It Like It Was" and "If I Could" are two soulful tracks. The latter being more hearfelt and deep about a mother and her child. Great stuff.
"What Goes Around" is classic Regina. It's her sophisticated sound. "Show Me The Way" is a heart wrenching number, which has some fantastic sax riffs, and a track which only her voice could make sound so real.
She does a jazz cover-medley of the classic Marvin Gaye and Donny Hathaway tracks that is "Save The Children/Someday We'll all Be Free". Its a spectacular effort, and unmatched masterpiece and you won't be skipping it.
The song "A Whole New world" was the killer track that went to number one, and really put her firmly on the map. It still gets lots and lots of airplay today and will for many years to come.
I've nearly forgot to mention the absolute classic duet "All I Want Is Forever". This track was superb when it was released all those years ago - and it still is today.
Regina will never have the superstar status that some have (just think about somebody like Mariah Carey,Celine Dion...In my modest opinion, she outclasses them by far !!!), but I think that she really doesn't care and is happy to be making good quality music that people enjoy.
This set is superb listening and pure, sublime delight for your heart and soul.
UNDER RATED SOUL/JAZZ VOCALIST.

FOR SOMEONE WHO'S NEW TO HER MUSIC. THIS IS QUITE A REMARKABLE TREAT. THIS LADY REALLY SINGS FROM HER HEART AND SOUL. SHE'S IN THE SAME OR EVEN HIGHER LEVEL AS ANITA BAKER, DIANNE REEVES AND OLETA ADAMS TO NAME A FEW. SHE HAS THE CALIBER TO BE A MEGA STAR, BUT REMAINED HUMBLE AND JUST DECIDED TO DO HER THING IN HER OWN WAY.AND HER FOLLOWERS REMAINED LOYAL AS EVER ALL THESE YEARS. I NEVER GET TIRED OF LISTENING TO THIS CD. IT'S A GREAT COMPILATION OF SONGS W/C SHOWCASE MS.BELLES VERSATILITY AND TREMENDOUS TALENT. IT'S RAW, AND BARES HER SOUL ALL THROUGH OUT. IT'S A GREAT CD , IT PUTS U IN A GOOD MOOD AND RELAXES YOUR MIND.MORE POWER TO MS BELLE, MAY U CONTINUE TO CREATE WONDERFUL SONGS!!!

She delivers with ease and assurance, and entirely unaffected sincerity.

Eleven covers, one original track, splendid production and an astounding, unique voice.
Just few words to describe the beautiful latest release by phenomenal, stylish chanteuse Regina Belle.
She is on top of her game in this smoothly elegant collection of terrific, but not overly-exposed songs. This is an inventive and charming selection of material now getting some deserved attention.
Although her material is mostly standards and jazz classics, she delivers it all with an ease and assurance, and entirely unaffected sincerity, that simply cry out for the adjective.
Versions of the likes of 'Lazy Afternoon', the lovely yearner 'Why Do People fall In Love', Tony Bennett's 'If I Ruled The World' and the Gershwins' evergreen 'The Man I Love' are indeed great showcases for her unfussy but affecting delivery, which is emotional without being over-dramatic, intimate, stylish and sophisticated enough to incorporate a dash of soul into familiar jazz songs without compromising their lyrical subtleties.
'If I Should Lose You' with only Regina and George Duke on piano is a refreshing change to hear a songstylist with piano accompaniment rather than a complete rhythm section: and Duke's piano playing is perfection, which had me wondering why we are not treated more often to such a sophisticated, intense delicacy with piano and fantastic vocals by Ms. Belle.
But it is her unruffled but subtly emotional delivery of the archetypal Jobim's composition 'Corcovado(Quiet Nights)' that truly defines her art, showcasing her crystal-clear diction, the conversational intimacy of her approach and the unhurried, attractive languor of her overall sound: here she offers one of most delightful, refreshing and brilliant interptetations of the Brazilian classic, which will make Diana Krall (Quiet Nights ( Ltd.ed.)) be green of envy.
She concentrates on infusing standards with new life, considerably assisted in this endeavour by a crack band: producer/pianist George Duke, bassist Christian McBride, percussionist Lanny Castro, augmented by guitarist Ray Fuller, saxophonist Everette Harp and the Perri sisters on vocals.
The choice of the tracks reflects the vast knowledge and innate good taste of Regina and her bandmates - the most prominent jazz cats on the market- and the entire CD is a treat from start to finish.
Fans of this distinguished musicianship will be thrilled to add this recording to their collection, while those hearing Regina Belle for the first time will quickly join the great numbers who enjoy her so much.
All in all, a thoroughly authentic and likeable album from a class act.
She is such a knock- 'em-dead singer ! You can't miss it!,

For those of you yet to experience the famed song-stylist Regina Belle this is by far and away the best place to start.
This CD is a true showcase of her talents. With no fillers to make up the right number of tracks, you will hear Regina best at her best.
This is how Jazz should be sung, the original songs are taken, deconstructed and then reconstructed with such skill and verve that you wonder how people liked the originals!
Regina's first love is jazz, but she has absorbed musical influences from many different genres. This shows in her music, which is jazz-based, but with everything else added into the mix.
On this album she sings torch songs, Broadway tunes and jazz standards, but she takes the songs apart and rearranges them in such a way as to sound original. I've heard plenty of rearranged covers by many different singers, but it is rare to find somebody who does it with such consistency.
Listen to her version of "For The Love Of You" (the Isley Brothers' song) or "Corcovado" (the A.C.Jobim's classic, known also under "Quiet Nights", which has been covered by lots of people, by Diana Krall as well on Quiet Nights (Ltd.ed.), but never quite like Regina's version).
With apparent effortlessness Ms. Belle uses her fantastic, immediately recognizable, throaty pipes and her signature sound to convey a range of emotions.
She begins the opening track "Lazy Afternoon" low and smoky, then as the guitar and drums kick in, her voice becomes light and celebratory making way for saxmaster Everette Harp's beautiful solo; she ends the tune on a dramatic wistful note. That's typical of the warm, tasty sound, outstanding playing by all top-notch jazz musicians and inventive arrangements and the splendid production by the one and only George Duke that define the incomparable vocalist's seventh's album.
Just brilliant.
The only way to hear better is to take in one of her concerts and we cant all be that lucky.

The only thing which really bothers me a lot is the Amazon's price!
A bestseller like this should be sold at EUR. 10.95.
I can't believe that Amazon will be much weathier, pricing it so costly.
There must be other reasons! :-(
But even at that price, the album is worthy a buy!
She strikes again ! Regina has stolen my heart !

I was so pleasantly surprised to hear Regina Belle re-doing and refining some of well known standards and Broadway tunes.
The instrumentation and vocals are just splendid, and she always commands the best session men.
George Duke, Everette Harp,Christian McBride, Ray Fuller, Lenny Castro, the Perris and many other top-notch jazz musicians...all totally support Regina's unbelievable voice and styling on every cut.
Not a weak one in the bunch.
You touch me,you dazzle me,Regina, you have stolen my heart.
And " Why Do People Fall In Love" just has to be on anyone's list for best written, performed, and produced cuts.
Just sit-back and enjoy this astonishing , high-quality CD. You'll be glad that you did!
Bursting with elegant power and smouldering passion.
5 Punkte 5 von 5 Punkten
Nobody with ears could call Regina Belle typical. She's a genuine gem amongst the clutter composing today's musical spectrum. Thank goodness she's faithful to her remarkable vocal stylings.
Talent aplenty, Ms.Belle's voice and delivery strike your memory in familiar ways. Comparison to world-famous blues and jazz females are tempting, perhaps justified. Nonetheless, Ms.Belle is never derivative but rather refreshingly comfortable in an all-new manner.
The sophisticated chanteuse also is smarts enough to work superb material. She easily intreprets standards by such great tunesmiths as the Gershwins , B. Howard, J.Latouche-J.Moross, Antonio Carlos Jobim into her own repetoire.
She is not a bad writer herself ( 'There's A Love').
It's an incredibly strong disc top to bottom,it is a sparkling follow-up that is bursting with elegant power and smoldering passion.
My favorite tracks are " Lazy Aftrernoon " , " If I Should Lose You ", " Corcovado " and, DULCIS IN FUNDO , " Why Do People Fall In Love "...
Truly intoxicating !

Regina shines on this superbly soulful album.
4 Punkte 4 von 5 Punkten
Regina Belle can easily be accepted in the few that bring a genuine new sound.
For her acclaimed album "Lazy Afternoon" - which went platinum and is still on the playlist of most of Jazz radio stations all over the world - many critics compared her to Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan, Nancy Wilson...
However, once you get her albums, you will see that the comparisons are lucrative, but farfetched... Like a double negative. Sure, she has similarities to these trendsetting stars, but most of the claims are just not true. Easily compared but utterly rare.
Her albums explains how her craft is different from what many presume. Ms. Belle the whole package: the look, the sound, the talent, and the consistency.
She's been called everything from the Quen of Soul/Jazz to the new Billie Holiday and earned nearly every accolade possible in her two decade plus career and her soaring, soul-stirring, sultry, elegant vocal style more than justifies her status as one of music's legendary divas.
At 45, Regina is still busier than ever and she shows no sign of slowing down.
Now she's dished up a spectacular gospel album - her first in nearly twenty years - titled "Love Forever Shines".
Known for her musical subtlety, soulful phrasing or vocal restraint, Belle's current gospel offering is a surprisingly subdued and understated collection. Don't get me wrong, as is her wont, Miss Belle does her fair share of wailing and soul shouting on Love Forever Shines - she just uses such techniques to sparing effect.
Opening with a soulful groove called "God Is Good", Regina kicks things off with her usual pyrotechnic style, offering a mid-tempo quiet storm gem souped up with her signature whoops and clucks. The track has been on the top 10 gospel chart for several weeks and now it's # 5. and is making some noise on the Urban /AC Chart as well.
Her adoring fans will be grateful to still hear Belle's stylish brand of old school soul imprinted on both the title track and on the humble "Who Touched Me".
However, she quickly shifts gears and slips into a mellower mode for the next several tracks, which include the jazzy "I'll Never Leave You", and the absolutely gorgeous, lushly arranged ballads "Good To Be Loved" and "I Call On Jesus", splendid duets with Melvin Williams and her long time friend Shirley Murdock : this is the kind of emotional, soulful offerings that Ms. Belle does so well - perhaps better than any other living R&B/Jazz diva.
With the the recitative "Come Into This Place" , a simple adult contemporary friendly ballad that is again artfully and surprisingly beautifully under sung by Regina, she takes listeners to church - old school style !
Looking at Regina' s "Love Forever Shines" as whole, the album is as much a testament to Ms.Belle's staying power as it is to her ability to adapt to musical trends.
Regina Belle is the definition of an artist. She's got everything going for her, the effortless chemistry with her music, her elegance and style, the multitudes of honey-tipped talent and then there's that voice which just slides over your body like warm water, cleansing your soul with each and every well placed lyric.
It's hard to pigeon hole this star, classify her talent : she elegantly glides in and out of Jazz influenced R&B cuts and Soul/Pop/Gospel with a touch of Soulful Contemporary class that her album becomes defined with only one word...music.

Gorgeous ! Soulful ! Different !!
5 Punkte 5 von 5 Punkten
Though Anita Baker first emerged as lead vocalist of Chapter 8 in 1979 and her debut solo recording The Songstress was released in 1983, it was not until 1986 that she was championed as the "brand new flava" with the release of Rapture. Less than a year later Baker became the prototype for a new generation of R&B vocalists-de-churchified vocals with heavy jazz-styled inflections tailor-made for the burgeoning "smooooooove" jazz radio format. If Baker was the template, Regina Belle and Miki Howard were second generation reproductions, who were given the leeway to explore more serious pop fare than the 10 million-sales poster child Whitney Houston or the mechanical-dance divas Janet Jackson and Jody Watley.

In the absence of "real" jazz singers in the pop world -- Carmen Lundy, the late Betty Carter, Abbey Lincoln, and Cassandra Wilson all released ground-breaking recordings in the late 1980s that were virtually ignored by pop audiences -- Baker, Howard and Belle were the closest thing to "real" jazz vocalists in the mainstream. It was on the strength of Belle's track "So Many Tears" -- a sinewy, whiny bit of a song that stuck out on black radio like DMX on the "Quiet Storm" -- that comparisons would be made to Billie Holiday. At the time of her debut release All By Myself (1987), Belle said of her affinity for Holiday, "I can get sort of the same feel she could . . . It's Kind of hard to explain, but it's an exaggeration of my vocal timbre. That's how I get the presence of Billie."

Armed with the spirit of one of the most significant and distinct vocalists of the 20th century and the support of a legion of cultural luminaries including Nancy Wilson (Belle recorded Wilson's "If I Could" in 1992) and legendary "Quiet Storm" jock Vaughn Harper, Belle went on the achieve success with songs such "Baby Come to Me" (Stay with Me, 1989) and her Grammy Award winning duet with Peabo Bryson, "A Whole New World", that helped introduce the Disney movie theme (Aladdin) as pop-schlock hit recording (a genre that Elton John and Celine Dion would later perfect). Three years removed from her last major label release, Regina Belle returns with This Is Regina, her first release for Peak Records.

Belle is one of a generation of post-"Urban Contemporary" R&B vocalists who have been lost and forgotten as urban radio has become increasingly dominated by, as Angie Stone puts it on her Black Mahogany, "beat stealing, melody trying to find" vocalists who look good on video and sound bad -- atrociously so sometimes -- live. During the early 1990s, Belle faired better than others, most notably the late Phyllis Hyman, Miki Howard and even Anita Baker, because she was backed my a major label and had achieved some modicum of crossover success with "Baby Come to Me" and the Aladdin theme. With This Is Regina, Belle stays close to home as much of the project is relegated to "Smooooooove Jazz" fare. The one exception is the track "La Da Di" which features a cameo by MC Lyte.

The lead single and opening track "Oooh Boy", written by Belle and Barry Eastmond, who also produced four of the 12 tracks, is the kind of breezy tune that allows Belle's hyper-elastic vocals to wrap around its lyrics. On the Eastmond-produced "From Now On", Belle is joined by vocalist Glenn Jones. Though he has had some minor success with tracks like 1986's "Show Me" and "We've Only Just Begun" (1987), Jones is one of the most underrated R&B vocalists of the last 20 years. His 1994 recording Here I Go Again is one of the great obscure R&B treasures of the last decade. Co-written by former Essence Magazine editor turned songwriter Gordon Chambers, "From Now On" provides a fertile musical landscape for both Belle and Jones and hopefully signals a re-emergence for Jones. Belle and Eastmond also reach out to equally obscured Will Downing-the poor person's Luther Vandross-to contribute backing vocals on "Someone Who Needs Me". Eastmond also contributes the "Midnight Luv" styled "Take My Time".

The best track from This Is Regina is the soulful "Johnny's Back" which was co-written and produced by Belle's brother Bernard Belle, who has written and produced for the likes of The Winans, Hi-Five and Bobby Brown. The song is a sweet tribute ("he's the soul of me, I'm so glad to see your smile, sit down awhile, I fixed you a pot of neck bones baby, maybe a little corn bread") to her husband, former NBA player John Battle. Other standouts include the touching "Gotta Go Back" which is further evidence of Belle's maturity as a lyricist.

With the demise of the Private Music label, that was responsible for recent releases by Barry White, Peabo Bryson and Jeffrey Osborne, Peak Records has aggressively tried to fill that gap with recent projects by Miki Howard (Three Wishes) and Phil Perry (Magic). This is Regina is a quality recording that captures Regina Belle is classic form and hopefully is the sign of more quality efforts from a generation of vocalists who were unceremoniously cast aside for a generation of 20-somethings who are mostly flavor with little substance.
Just beautiful !!
5 Punkte 5 von 5 Punkten
This beautiful album follows in the traditional Regina Belle formula: lush, sophisticated quiet storm ballads, augmented by Belle's strong, warm, elegant, inviting vocals.
The CD steers clear of anything too adventurous, which is just fine, because Belle's fans have come to love her for her reliability as an old friend who returns every few years with a fresh set of new, yet familiar songs.
The album begins with the pleasantly sexy "Oooh Boy," then leads into a several pretty ballads, notably the sweeping "From Now On," which recalls her American chart-topper "A Whole New World."
Highlights include the funky, smooth, sexy "Don't Wanna Go Home Now," which could be safely classified as adult contemporary club music and recalls Koffee Brown's 2001 hit "After Party."
"Johnny's Back" is an endearing, shuffling little tune about, well, Johnny coming home, and possesses a warm, adult innocence rare in popular music.
The album also features a more modern-sounding tune, "La Da Di," which brings to mind Destiny's Child and features a rap courtesy of MC Lyte.
In short this adequately titled album is pure Regina Belle and will undoubtedly please the sophisticated songstress' many fans.

I ran across this CD while browsing through a local bookstore. It was incredible! I asked who the artist was and purchased it immediately.
A wonderful change from normal radio and sooo soothing. This is "grown folks music"! I don't rest if I don't have this CD in my car.
My son recently sat on my CD and broke it. I immediately went to Amazon.de and purchased another copy along with her new CD, LAZY AFTERNOON.
I am so glad that I ran across this incredibly talented vocalist.
She reminds me a lot of artists like Billie Holiday - such a soothing relaxing vocal instrument.
Unparalleled vocal artistry. SAY NO MORE !!

Super vocal diva Regina Belle brings back the long forgotten essense of Soul/Jazz with 'This Is Regina', a collection of soul-spiked grooves that touch some hefty jazzy hooks and return to the mainstream.
Partnering with legendary songwriter/producer Barry Eastmond - who crafted some of these new jazzy-lounge nocturnes specially to showcase Regina's unparalleled vocal skills - Regina Belle swaggers with a smoulderng,slow-burning intensity and passion.
'Oooh Boy' and Johnny's Back' themselves are reasons enough why this CD should be a part of your pocket even if you're a few cents short after the splurge.
'Take Your Time' and 'Someone Who Needs Me' are two other articulately stylized tracks, which sit comfortably in the sheer range and expression of this album's tonal gradations.
Regina's 'This Is Regina',to summarize,is an original and much needed punch in the fluffy omelette of good pop.
One more time she makes me feel brand new !

This fine compilation is, in a way, a perfect introduction to the soulful vocal stylings of Regina Belle.
Intimate, sensual, and expressive, Belle's voice sounds as if it was created to sing love songs, as these 15 tracks attest.
Whether putting her distinctive stamp on standards ("Make It Like It Was") or duetting with first-string bedroom crooners Johnny Mathis ("Better Together") and Barry White ("Quiet Time"), Belle proves perfectly suited to communicating matters of the heart. This is a fine sampling of her seductive brand of romantic soul.
What a wonderful compilation ! Regina shines !!

A much-loved R&B songstress who came to fame in the late 1980s, Regina Belle still sounds spectacular.
On this aptly titled album, she swings through stirring renditions of many classic tracks. George Duke (who produced the LP) and Christian McBride accompany her soft and dreamy vocals.
The title track from Regina Belle's 2004 album gets a subtle, summery recasting. Unlike most remixes, this one keeps the spotlight on Belle's exquisite jazz vocals instead of burying them under layers of samples.
Take this song, a hammock and a pitcher of mojitos, and your lazy afternoon is all mapped out.

SWEPT away by her voice and melodies........
5 Punkte 5 von 5 Punkten
Gifted with a voice that illuminates with such vigor to convey life's most inspired and harshest moments,Belle presents an album that steadfastly utilizes her exstraordinary vocal attributes.
Never a a CD has been more...PASSIONATE!
'If I could' is a timeless tune that reflects a parent's desire to make life as easy as possibible for their offspring.
It cracked Billboard R'n'B TOP TEN after 21 weeks on the charts.
Compare to Barbra Streisand's or Nancy Wilsons's covers, this version by Regina Belle is with no doubt and by far the most beautiful and inspired : chech it out !
The majority od the songs are ballads and mid-tempo numbers. And Belle extends so much PASSION in each one of these songs.
She is lacking nothing, nothing at all on any of this performances and the material is appropriately suited for the legendary and unique songstress, one of the TEN TOP JAZZ/SOUL PRIMADONNAS,as some musical critics have rated her.
From the jazzy bluesy to the soulful R'n'B and pop oriented tunes,Belle's vocals are mesmerising to the last note.
Listen to this wonderful CD,and buy it SOON !Maybe this marvel is already out of print !
What a voice ! A true discovery.

I bought lately 'This is Regina' and immediately liked and loved
this wonderful vocalist, who is not know here as maybe she deserves. It was a 'love ' at first sight.
So I decided to know her better and I started to buy her previous recordings.
'Passion' is truly the word to undestand this CD : she sings so passionately ,with her heart in her hands and all the songs give chills to my body.
Heartfelt, vibrant, soulful, funky with that voice out of this world !
This is SOUL at its best!Only few other Soul singers can match her : Aretha Franklin,Chaka Khan...
And the the most beautiful pearls are 'A whole new world',too known to say words about it,and 'If I could',an emotional song about a mother's wish to her child to have a safe life!
Great,just great!Believe me!
Everybody who like Soul Music should have this CD in his collection!

Leider konnte Regina Belle nie an deren Erfolge anknüpfen, trotz zahlreicher hochkarätiger R&B-Hits (2x1s, 2x2s) und ihrem Welthit im Duett mit Peabo Bryson einige Jahre später ["A Whole New World" (USA # 1)]. Musikalisch gibt es auf "All By Myself" einen poppigen, sehr cleanen R&B-Mix. Die dramatische Ballade "After The Love Has Lost Its Shine" ist das Highlight, leider nie als Single veröffentlicht.
The stunning debut album!

The famous music magazine'Rolling Stone'quoted this album one of the ten best of the year. Some tunes topped the pop and the R'n'B
charts in USA and un Europe.
It is beautiful to hear now those great ballads,in major part produced by the legendary, talented and inspired Nick Martinelli, after several years after their release.
They sound just like they came out yesterday.Chek the track"After the love has lost its shine"!AMAZING!
A timeless jewel.
